We are Meca and Rocco Luppino, two young brother and sister and together we are just over forty years old. The company we have chosen to grow instead has a very long history, rooted in the territory of the” Valdarno di Sopra”, in Tuscany, already  classified in 1716 by Cosimo III De Medici as one of the most vocated territories for the production of great wines.
 

If you are wondering, "È Jamu," the name of our estate, is a word in Calabrian dialect that means "let's go, let's start again." We come, in fact, from Calabria, in the south of Italy, where our parents  taught us the love and dedication of the land, but also how difficult it can be to work in the agricultural business in some parts of this region.
 

After being forced to move, a new chapter has opended up in our lives in Tuscany, by creating È jamu. We will now devote ourselves to produce oil and wine, all organically. Our products reflect our history, they reflect who we are. 
 

Every day, in fact,  we work hard for this, trying  to give our best and respecting the environment that surrounds us. Our idea is to respect the soil, trying to stress it as little as possible and giving it a chance to express its natural characteristics and those of the microorganisms that live in it.

We want also our company to become a welcoming and innovative place opened to all people with kind souls.
