Our journey began in 1997, in a basement of Utiel with 13 barrels, when three friends and lovers of the world of wine decided to set up a winery in a "hobby" plan, without economic pretensions, with the only interest in enjoying making the best wine possible. At that time we did not elaborate jet, we were looking for and comparing a large number of wine samples of different local producers and chose the ones we liked the most to age in our barrels, without haste as artisans and with the patience and tenacity of the squirrels.

As time passed, we grew up and got some awards, and the "hobbie" began to become something else. Two of the founding partners left the project and were the brothers Julio, José Luis and David Salón Pérez who create the new winery, which waslocated to the current facilitieswith the intention of vinifying our own grapes. Since then we are a family winery located in Sinarcas, in the interior of the province of Valencia, included in the D.O. Utiel-Requena.

We produce our wines with grapes from our own vineyards. We have 15 hectares of vineyard, distributed by the municipality of Sinarcas, in different places called "La Blasca" and "La Suertes". We have foreign red varieties such as the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah and the white ones Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Regarding to the local varieties we have the national Tempranillo and our native variety called Bobal.

Our vineyards are located at 900 meters of altitude, in clay-calcareous soils with orientation and slight slope north to south. This location and the cold climate of Sinarcas cause an alternation of temperature between the day and the night that bring to our grapes acidity and aroma, the orientation and the trellises guarantee a perfect insolation that guarantees an ideal maturity.
