PURE CABERNET FRANC
Intense garnet red colour, complex aroma ranging from prevalent notes of small red fruits to light spicy tones that are reminiscent of liquorice and cloves.. On the palate the wine is full-bodied and structured, with a long taste-olfactory persistence.

Training system: Guyot
Density: 3,400 plants/hectare
Fertilisation: winter green manure with field beans
Treatments: copper, sulphur (three to six treatments depending on the season)
Yield/hectare in grapes: 50qt.
Yield/hectare in grapes: 1 - 1.5 kg.
HARVEST
25 September, manual harvest
VINIFICATION
Pressing and destemming, fermentation at controlled temperature (26°C) in steel tanks, indigenous yeasts No GMOs.
MATURATION
For 18 months in 15hl Slovenian oak barrels, first passage. Subsequently in steel tanks.
AGING
In 0.75-liter bottles.
