Eremo S.Iconio makes biodynamic, natural wine in the deep heart of the National Park of Cilento, in the South part of Italy.
It is the first Demeter certified winery of the area and, as a matter of fact, its production philosophy seeks to produce genuine wines respecting the surrounding environment.
The land where the vineyards lie uses to recall ancient myths that have been inspiring artists from all over the world; the soil is so generous to provide the raw material (clay) used to create the amphoras where Palinuro, a single-varietal Aglianico red wine, is fermented. Biodiversity and sea breeze help the producer provide different styles of pure, bottled Cilento terroir.
