Vincenzo also produces organic durum wheat pasta ("Senatore Cappelli" variety, the most precious durum wheat variety) and organic spelt pasta.

Both pasta craft made manufacturing with wiredrawing to the bronze and slow drying. Both pasta have an intense falvour and aroma. 

Vincenzo works only with raw materials of its production (I have my own olive trees and my own wheat and my own spelt) and attaches great importance on the quality and transparency.
