The truffle sauce: the most known, the most loved.
We used the best cultivated italian mushrooms, the most fragrant black truffle, the smell of our gardens meshed whit the finest italian oil, to obtain a sauce with incomparable and unmistakable colors and scents.
Ingredients: Cultivated mushrooms (agaricus bisporus)*, extra virgin olive oil*, sunflower oil*, chopped summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vittad. And reletive group)* 5%, salt, parsley*, garlic*, natural aroma*.

Net Weight: 90g, 180g or 500g
Expiration date and storage conditions: 36 months from the sterilization date.
After opening, store in refrigerator at +2°- +4° for up to 7 days.
Packages: glass jars.
Recommended for use: Easy to use, it makes every dish exclusive, even the most common.
Best used on appetizers, entrees, meat or eggs second plates.
