Organic EVO oil obtained by field selection of only olives of the Leccino cultivar. By virtue of the careful early harvesting it has very delicate organoleptic characteristics that make it an oil with a wide degree of appreciation, as well as a reference for purists.
Cultivar: 100% Leccino
Production Area: Orvieto Hills - Municipality of Montecchio
Harvest: Manually with beater.
Milling: Olives milled by 8 hours from harvest.
Sensorial Profile
Color: The oil shows a strong Yellow-green color
Smell: Release a medium fruity smell with a green grass and artichoke bouquet.
Taste: fruity vegetable grass and wild garlic. Bitter and spicy in the mouth with a pleasant bitterness
